We apply manufacturing lead times to orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Our delivery schedule depends on when we dispatch the item, not when you place the order. We deliver Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
Since we may dispatch orders from multiple locations, your items could arrive separately. However, we won’t charge any additional fees. If your order includes products with different lead times, we may consolidate it so everything arrives together based on the longest lead time. In some cases, deliveries might fall outside the standard delivery window.
