Longbridge Innovation Centre - St Modwen

As part of the £1 billion redevelopment of the Longbridge area, St Modwen Properties, The £100 million Innovation Centre was designed to offer a dynamic new business environment offering unparalleled flexibility and provide start-up and growing technology based enterprises with a range of tailored office space solutions.

After discussing the various options available it was determined that the Capricorn System V100 Vertical Blinds would offer both the value and practicalities required.

Capricorn Reflexion fabric was selected thanks to its SPC (solar protective coating) offering improved solar & heat reflection properties. Plus as it was available in a neutral colour this made it ideal for the Innovation Centre’s model of letting out the internal office space to a wide range of companies.

Capricorn Scuro fabric in a matching colour was selected for meeting and presentation areas where greater blackout properties were required.
