You will be responsible for driving sales performance across the business by leading, mentoring, and managing the Project Sales Team. With a deep understanding of the construction industry, B2B sales environment and experience with Window Blind & Curtain solutions, you will implement and oversee strategies that increase lead conversion, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets across all KPIs (conversion rates, revenue, pipeline growth, etc.).
  • Set the vision and strategy for the sales department and ensure its alignment with broader company goals.
  • Support and guide team members, including Sales Executives and Lead Generators, to maximise their performance and professional development.
  • Review, develop and optimise the sales process – from lead generation and enquiry handling to quotation, follow-up and order conversion.
  • Work closely with estimating, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Oversee CRM use, ensuring it is fully utilised and data is kept accurate and up to date.
  • Engage with key clients and larger opportunities personally to help close high-value deals and support relationship management.

Overview

We are looking for a driven an ambitious person to join this growing company in the Project Sales Division.

You will be responsible for managing the sales process for Construction and B2B customers from enquiry, quotation and through to order ensuring we provide customers with excellent service.

You will be driven by aiming to secure high conversion rates through fast response times and thorough understanding of the clients requirements.

You will look to develop leads to their full potential and work on strategies to increase the number and type of leads.

Duties

  • Responding to enquiries via telephone, email, web and any other communication platform used to gather leads.
  • Ensure all details are recorded and systems updated in line with business processes.
  • Work with the estimating team to ensure quotations are calculated accurately and to the customers requirements.
  • Liaise with and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to obtain quotations for customers.

  • Conduct follow-ups to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion rates.

Qualifications
